For many collectors of vintage Omega, the Constellation series is the pinnacle of Omega's production in the sixties. Within that line, the Pie Pan dial is especially sought after, as its extremely elegant facetted design gives the dial a very special feeling of depth. In addition, the watch case with the so-called Dog Legs is probably the most desired, because it sits nicely on the wrist, oozing understaded ellegance. And to finish it off, the dial also features the great looking crosshair. Now that's a watch which ticks all the boxes.

In the 60s, the Constellation series were Omega's absolute top series and this watch is certified by the Swiss Chronometer Institute. Only the best and most accurate watches achieved this certification, which is why the watch bears the text "officially certified" on the dial.
